Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Picnic in a Bubble, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our services, which involve advance preparations, catering arrangements, and staffing, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. Full Refunds
Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 24-48 hours & prior to the scheduled booking date, qualify for a full refund.
Process: Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days through the same payment method used during the booking.
2. Same-Day Cancellations & Partial Refunds
Eligibility: Cancellations made on the day of the booking date qualify for a 50% refund.
Reasoning: By this time, essential arrangements, including catering and staffing, may already be underway.
Process: Refunds will be issued within 2–5 business days.
3. Postponements
Flexibility Offered: Instead of canceling, we encourage clients to consider postponing their booking.
Postponement requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Postponed bookings can be rescheduled within a 90-day period, subject to availability.
No additional charges apply for the first postponement. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a handling fee.
4. No-Show Policy
If clients fail to arrive or do not notify us of their intention to cancel or postpone, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Extreme Weather Conditions
Outdoor Events: If extreme weather prevents the picnic from proceeding, clients will have the option to:
Reschedule the booking to a later date.
Receive a full refund if cancellation is due to weather conditions deemed unsafe by Picnic in a Bubble.
6. Non-Refundable Deposits
For large group bookings or custom experiences, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation but can be applied to a rescheduled date.

8. Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed promptly but may take 2–5 business days depending on your financial institution.
